Founded in 2015 by Dr Suha Kersh and Dr Martin Galy, 23MD was built on a simple belief: lasting aesthetic results begin with health from within.

Combining decades of expertise in cosmetic medicine, regenerative therapies, and bioidentical hormone optimisation, they created a new kind of clinic — one that moves beyond isolated treatments to care for the whole person.

Dr Suha Kersh is one of the rare doctors who understand the face's architecture and how it evolves over time. Trained at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and splitting her time between Chelsea and Dubai, she brings a quietly masterful touch to aesthetic medicine. With an artist's eye and a physician's rigour, she redefines natural enhancement. Favoured by women who want to look fresher yet never obvious, Dr Kersh trades in nuance building collagen, refining tone and symmetry, and always preserving character.
