How it works
Structure
Reinstating the underlying scaffolding where bone resorption or ligament laxity has shifted proportion. Deep, periosteal placement, conservative volumes.
Contouring
Shaping the perimeter, jawline, chin, temples, brow, to restore the lines that frame a face. Subtractive thinking, not additive.
Volumising
Replacing what time has taken from specific compartments, only where loss is genuinely the cause. Volume for its own sake is what produces the over-treated look we explicitly avoid.
