Treatment Stacking
System · Structure · Surface
Treatment Stacking is the sequencing logic we use when more than one modality is required. The order is deliberate: internal first, structural second, surface last. Get the order wrong and you treat the same problem twice.
How it works
System
Internal foundations first, hormones, metabolism, sleep, inflammation. A face that is not biologically supported will not hold an aesthetic result.
Structure
Then the architecture, bone-level support, deep volume restoration, ligament-aware contouring. The scaffold before the finish.
Surface
Finally, the surface, regenerative facials, skin boosters, polynucleotides, devices. Surface work compounds when the layers beneath it are sound.
- Stops you paying for surface treatments that fail because the system or structure underneath wasn't addressed.
- Produces compounding rather than competing results.
- Reduces total interventions over a treatment year, not increases them.
- Makes outcomes durable enough to measure across seasons, not weeks.
Patients with more than one concern, or anyone whose previous treatments stopped working. Treatment Stacking is also how Foundation Reset patients are sequenced after their first-visit programme.
