    The Treatment

    The Glass Facial

The Glass Facial is 23MD's signature regenerative facial. It layers microneedling, micro-dosed neuromodulator and polynucleotides in a single, carefully sequenced session to improve clarity, glow and skin recovery.

Most facials work on the surface; most injectables ignore it. The Glass Facial sits in the middle — a regenerative treatment that improves how skin actually behaves over weeks, not just how it looks the morning after.

    About

What it is, how it works.

    How it works

Microneedling creates controlled micro-channels that stimulate the skin's own repair cascade. A micro-dosed neuromodulator is then applied superficially to refine pores and calm sebaceous activity. Finally, polynucleotides are introduced to support cellular repair, hydration and collagen quality. Each step is timed so that the next builds on the last.

    Why it matters

Most facials work on the surface; most injectables ignore it. The Glass Facial sits in the middle — a regenerative treatment that improves how skin actually behaves over weeks, not just how it looks the morning after.

    What our patients say

Dr Suha Kersh at 23MD, the only person to trust with filler — she's queen of natural.

    The Sunday Times, April 2026

Felt like myself again within four months, which I really didn't think would ever be possible again. Dr Galy is the first doctor who actually listened and built a proper plan around me.

Dr Kersh doesn't overdo it. I just look less tired — and weirdly, more like myself. Tried clinics everywhere from New York to Geneva, and this is the only place I go now.

    Lina A., Dubai

    Dr Kersh — Anti-Wrinkle, Dubai

Friends keep asking what I've been doing and none of them have guessed. Dr Kersh is an artist — she has a real eye and does just enough, not a millimetre more.

    Eleanor M., London

    Dr Kersh — Filler, London

Same team, same standard of pure excellence in both cities. My records, doctors and protocol follow me everywhere — honestly the easiest part of splitting time between London and Dubai.

Under-eyes are a complete game changer. Dr Kersh also told me what I didn't need, which I really appreciated — rare in this industry.
