Secret Duo is a single device that delivers two treatments in one session. The 1540nm fractional laser targets pigmentation, sun damage, and surface texture without breaking the skin. The fractional radiofrequency microneedling component (insulated needles delivering RF to controlled depths) addresses scarring, deeper laxity, and structural texture.

The laser pass goes first, creating microscopic columns of thermal injury at the upper dermis to trigger pigment fading and surface remodelling. The RF microneedling pass follows, with insulated needles depositing energy at adjustable depths. Your body's repair cascade rebuilds collagen and remodels scar tissue over the following weeks. A typical course is three sessions one month apart.
