You arrive in the morning for bloods and biomarker capture. A doctor-led 4D facial assessment is then carried out, looking at skin quality, structure, muscle dynamics, and tissue health. This is paired with a 360 Longevity consultation reviewing hormones, metabolism, sleep, recovery, and lifestyle inputs. Findings are written up overnight and returned to you as a personalised plan.
