    The Treatment

    Ultherapy

Ultherapy uses micro-focused ultrasound (MFU), sound energy precisely focused at depths of 1.5mm, 3mm, and 4.5mm. The 4.5mm depth reaches the SMAS (superficial musculoaponeurotic system), the same anatomical layer surgeons lift during a facelift. The device is FDA-cleared and the only non-invasive technology with formal lift indications for brow, chin, jawline, and neck.

Ultherapy is the closest thing to a non-surgical lift, but it's not a substitute for surgery in cases of advanced laxity. We will tell you honestly which category you fall into. For early to moderate laxity in patients in their late 30s to mid-50s, Ultherapy is often the right answer.

    About

What it is, how it works.

    How it works

During treatment, ultrasound visualisation lets your clinician see exactly where the energy is being delivered, depth by depth. The focused energy creates tiny coagulation points at the SMAS layer. Your body responds by initiating a wound-healing cascade, new collagen forms over the following 2–3 months, slowly tightening and lifting tissue from below. Final results appear at 3 months, with continued improvement up to 6 months.

    Why it matters

Ultherapy is the closest thing to a non-surgical lift, but it's not a substitute for surgery in cases of advanced laxity. We will tell you honestly which category you fall into. For early to moderate laxity in patients in their late 30s to mid-50s, Ultherapy is often the right answer.
